The Book: Why I Wrote It and What It Covers
I did not sit down one day and decide to write a book. It grew out of years of living a certain way, and then realising that the way I was living was something worth putting into words.
The book covers diet, health, workouts, discipline, and my own fitness journey. But when I look at those five topics together, what I see is one thing: a framework for building a life around your body, your mind, and the daily habits that connect them.
Where it started
My background is martial arts, weight training, and yoga. Not as separate hobbies — as one integrated practice that I have been refining for years. Five days a week in the gym. Regular mat time. And a consistent way of eating that supports all of it.
For a long time, people around me asked the same questions. How do you stay consistent? What do you eat? How do you train without burning out? How do you keep your head straight when life gets loud?
I gave those answers a thousand times in conversation. The book is those answers, written down properly.
What the book covers
I organised the book around five pillars, because that is how I actually think about this:
Diet — not a meal plan, but a real understanding of how food works with your training and your energy levels.
Health — the fundamentals that most people skip because they are not exciting, but they are everything.
Workouts — how I structure training across resistance work, martial arts and yoga without burning out or breaking down.
Discipline — the mental side. The part that decides whether everything else happens.
My fitness journey — the honest version, including the mistakes, the resets, and what finally clicked.
These five things are not separate chapters that happen to be in the same book. They reinforce each other. That is the whole point.
Why I wrote it now
There is a lot of information out there about fitness and health. Most of it is either too complicated, too generic, or too focused on one narrow approach. What I wanted to write was something grounded in a real, sustained practice — not a method I tried for six months, but a way of living I have built and tested over many years.
The book is in printing right now. It will be available here on this site — both paperback and e-book — in the coming weeks. I will share the details as soon as I have them.
What this site is for
The book is one part of what I am building here. This site is also a place to ask questions, go deeper on topics the book touches, and be part of a community that takes this stuff seriously.
If there is something you want to understand better — about training, nutrition, discipline, or anything in between — the Q&A section is the place to ask. I answer every question personally.
The book is coming. In the meantime, this is where I am.
